Man Builds Giant Drivable Amphibious House Boat

In the world of crazy DIY engineering, there aren’t many things that go beyond this giant wheeled amphibious houseboat. One man, with a little help from friends, merged a huge old tractor and a 1960s houseboat into what is one of the most captivating amphibious machines ever. The 32-foot houseboat was mounted on giant wheels from a 3-wheeled tractor. The vehicle can go 20 miles per hour on land and 5 miles per hour in the water. If you want to see more, the short video below details what it took to build it and just what it’s like to drive it.
