Can you Solve the Unsolvable Graceful Tree Problem?

If you like solving problems, then boy do we have a good one for you. Infamous mathematical YouTuber Numberphile is back with a problem that is impossible to solve.

The whole problem goes like this: If you put odd consecutive integers starting with one in a tree with 5 or more spots, you can’t ever subtract them according to their positions, that is, without getting a repeat number.

All that may sound a little confusing, but it’s the basis of something called the graceful tree conjecture from 1967. Learn more about how it’s set up and how it works in the video below.
